Cancellation policy:
You can cancel your order for no cost, only if it has not yet been processed and shipped from our facility. In such cases, we will immediately process the refund and you will see it reflected in the next 3-5 business days.

For order cancellation or modification requests, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, however, such requests may not be possible due to the order processing schedule. Cancellations and Modifications Orders may be cancelled up to 1 business day before shipping. If an order has begun processing it is not eligible to be cancelled or postponed. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, LMDM does not accept returns.

For damage claims, we require pictures of the external shipping box and the damaged product.
Shipping fees are nonrefundable.

If, for some reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service Team WITHIN 2 DAYS of when the package was received and provide a photo and detailed description of issue, and we will make every effort to make sure you are happy with your LMDM experience.
Due to the perishable nature of our product, all claims submitted after the 48 hours delivery window or without proper photo or order number will not be eligible for refund or reship.
